Help Needed BAYS is an all volunteer organization with the exception of the paid coaches.  It takes a lot of help from many different people to keep our organization running.  We encourage all families to be involved whether they can give one hour or many hours.  Help is always needed whether that is being a trustee on the Board, taking on a coordinator's position, helping with concessions or even being a timer at a home meet.  Below is a list of volunteer positions within the BAYS organization.  Some of the positions are filled by BAYS parents and others are open for those who are interested.  If you are interested or would like more information regarding one of the volunteer positions, please contact one of the Board members. Meet Entry Coordinator - Bob LaRocque Coordinates all meet entries and fees for all swimmers for each meet. Team Store Coordinator - Beth Corey Coordinates all team purchases and sales of swimmer's equipment, suits, warm-up suits and caps. Volunteer Coordinator - Jeff & Dawna Hartt Contacts and coordinates volunteers for home meet activities. Family Fun Night Coordinator - OPEN Coordinates all social events for the club.  Ex: picnics, bowling, Cedar Point trip, movie nights, etc. Website Communication Coordinator - Lori Lang Updates website with current club information and sends email communication out to all club members. Concession Stand Coordinator - Toni Jessup Coordinates all food purchases and sales for home meets including Beat the Heat in July. Fund Raising Coordinator - OPEN Solicits donations and sponsorships for meets and club functions. Club Information Contact - Amy Marciniak Point of contact for all club inquiries.
